Free Shipping

Garage Tested offers free shipping on eligible orders.

Order Processing

Order processing usually takes a few business days, but processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, supplier processing, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

Any delivery timeframe shown on our website, at checkout, in confirmation emails, or through tracking updates is an estimate only.

Garage Tested is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, suppliers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other third-party issues.

Refunds will not be issued solely because an order arrives later than expected, unless the package is confirmed lost or the item qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information may be provided by email or through the order tracking page.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped. In some cases, tracking may take a few business days to update after the tracking number is created.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. Tracking delays can happen while a package is moving between facilities or waiting to be scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using different carriers depending on the product, destination, and available shipping options.

Garage Tested may use third-party shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, or suppliers to complete deliveries.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect carrier scans, or other issues caused by third-party delivery services.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Garage Tested is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been submitted.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery area
  • With other household members
  • With neighbours
  • With your building concierge, front desk, or mailroom
  • With your local delivery carrier

Garage Tested is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, you may contact us and we will do our best to help guide you through the next steps.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the tracking details and assist where possible.

A package may not be considered lost until the carrier has had enough time to complete delivery or confirm the package status.

If an order is confirmed lost, Garage Tested may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged or affected during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A clear description of the issue

Damaged or defective items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Some items may ship from different locations or be processed at different times. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers for different parts of your order.

International Shipping

Garage Tested may ship to select locations depending on product availability and shipping options.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country or local authorities.

Garage Tested is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
